Operation Smile
Founded in 1982, Operation Smile is one of the oldest and largest volunteer-based organisations dedicated to improving the lives of children worldwide. We have provided hundreds of thousands of safe surgeries for those born with cleft lip and cleft palate worldwide.
In addition to mobilising our highly accredited medical volunteers, we also train local medical personnel and partner with hospitals, governments and ministries of health in order to ensure that safe surgery is a right for everyone in need, not a privilege.
As long as there are children in the world who need our help, we’ll do whatever it takes to give them the quality care they deserve.
ADREurope is a community building project created to encourage synergetic and collaborative relationships among practitioners and stakeholders interested in professional development and organisations engaged in the practice, promotion and study of international dispute resolution procedures.
Its main focus is the annual Dublin Forum on International Arbitration which provides a round table discussion platform for invited attendees to participate in their own right and not as representatives of their respective firms or associations. Attendance is by invitation extended to active practitioners, academics and other stakeholders and limited to 30 attendees to ensure a high degree of participation and afford the opportunity to everyone attending to fully engage and contribute.
Over the years the annual Forum has hosted participants from a very wide range of stakeholders and supporters including members of the Irish and UK judiciary, the Diplomatic Community, individual ministers of the Irish Government and academics and the major international dispute resolution centres including ICSID,WIPO, ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICDR, AIAC, CIArb and GIAC have provided speakers and panellists to contribute to the discussions.
